These Terms govern your access to and use of the Inceptualsara website and the purchase of any products through our site. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.

 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, sizing details, and photographs of each item. However, please be aware that variations may occur due to lighting, fabric texture, or screen settings. All garments are produced to precise measurements with some allowance for fabric behavior.

 

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We currently only accept PayPal as a form of payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

 

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks from the date of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and potential delays from third-party carriers. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once handed off to the shipping provider.

 

We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at Inceptualsara@gmail.com within the 48-hour window.

Note: We do not accept returns for final sale items or custom-made pieces.

 

 

All content on the Inceptualsara website including but not limited to logos, images, designs, graphics, text, and layouts  is the property of Inceptualsara and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without express written permission.

 

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, including any errors or interruptions in service.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Virginia/United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
