All of our pieces are predesigned and made with care. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• We currently ship to United states of America.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs or courier issues beyond our control.

Return Policy

Return Policy for Custom-Made Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer full refunds.
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 48 hours for a refund minus 20%, to cover processing and restocking fees. Provided the item are unworn or unwashed, in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.

• You must contact us at Inceptualsara@gmail.com within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

• We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.

Final sale items, custom orders, and items returned outside the 48-hour window are not eligible for return.
