Return Policy for Custom-Made Items:
Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made pieces, we do not offer full refunds.
If you're not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 48 hours for a refund minus 20%, to cover processing and restocking fees. Provided the item are unworn or unwashed, in original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Standard returns are accepted within 48hrs (2 days) for a full refund. We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.
You must contact us at Inceptualsara@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return criteria.
Final sale items, custom orders, and items returned outside the 48-hour window are not eligible for return.

Since each item is custom-designed or made to order, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. This includes the time needed for design, production, and shipping. We appreciate your patience and are committed to ensuring your order is crafted with care and delivered as soon as possible.

We may restock sold-out items based on customer demand. If an item becomes available again, we will notify our customers via email and our official social media channels. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter and following us online to stay updated on restocks and new releases.

Yes, you can. If an item is currently out of stock, you may have the option to sign up for a restock notification directly on the product page. Additionally, we announce restocks through our email newsletter and social media channels. We encourage you to subscribe and follow us to stay informed about product availability.

Feminine Fit refers to items made with less stretch, offering a more tailored silhouette. Curvy Friendly items are made with more stretch in the fabric, allowing for greater flexibility and a more accommodating fit especially for curvier body types.
To help you find the right size, we provide detailed sizing information with each product. Each item includes a size guide that outlines the measurements best suited for that particular fit. We recommend checking these guides carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit possible.

Our editorial designs are crafted using high-stretch materials that adapt to multiple body shapes. Each piece is designed to fit a range of sizes (S–L) while maintaining its intended silhouette.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your item, we recommend hand washing with tap water or using the delicate cycle with cold water. After washing, air dry only. Avoid using bleach, high heat, or tumble drying, as these may damage the fabric or design.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. At checkout, you can choose the payment method that’s most convenient for you. All transactions are processed securely for your protection.

Our team will do their best to assist you and make any necessary corrections before your order is processed or shipped. The sooner you reach out, the better we can help ensure everything is resolved smoothly.

We regret to inform you that once an order is confirmed, it is processed automatically, and we are unable to make changes to its contents. If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order. Items you no longer want can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Sales tax is estimated at checkout based on your shipping address and is finalized once your order ships. The final sales tax charged will be equal to or less than the estimate provided and will be clearly shown on your invoice.

You can check the status of your order and track its shipment at any time by entering your order number found in your order confirmation email. If you have an account with us, you can also view all your order details in the Order History section of your My Account area. Additionally, once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
